Louisiana Culinary Institute
The Louisiana Culinary Institute (LCI) currently offers two accredited programs in the Culinary Arts. One is a 12-month diploma program in Professional Cooking and Culinary Arts. This concentrated course of study includes four certifications by the National Restaurant Association, 20 weeks of professional cooking lecture classes and provides students with 21 weeks of hands-on kitchen training.
